Wake up to the sounds of the bay rolling in as you stroll down a three hundred foot fishing pier to watch dolphins. You can spend your days relaxing by the pool, exploring the local community scene, or fishing with one of our expert guides. Guest access Guests will have access to ▪The two houses ▪ Pool, Hot tub and Pier ▪ Parking for 15 cars . The property features an automated deadbolt that can be unlocked using the access code provided at check-in. We will send you a guest portal link where you can find the access code and the digital guidebook. Guest must sign and comply with the rental agreement in order to stay. We also require a government-issued photo ID and security deposit on all bookings. Other things to note: There will be an added fee for the heated pool if you’re visiting in the cooler months or just want the pool a bit warmer. Please ask ahead of time as it takes time to heat up. We welcome up to 2 pets. It is charged $125 per pet. Don't forget to include them in your booking for a smooth check-in experience. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. If evidence of pets on these surfaces is found, the security deposit will be withheld to cover the deep cleaning fee.
