Otherwise, if you cancel, you will lose your reservation payment in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking. Guests have shared access to pool, hot tub, parking, charcoal grills and private beach access. Private beach access includes beach chair service - 2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st - October 31st). Other things to note HOUSE RULES: ★PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to student groups. ***Reservations made under false pretenses will be deemed cancelled by Guest. Access to property will be terminated and, if stay has commenced, guest will be required to vacate the property immediately. ★PETS - No pets allowed ★NO SMOKING - This is a non-smoking property. Beach Resort HOA prohibits smoking on balconies. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages. ★MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 6 people ★QUIET TIME is 10pm-9am, please be respectful of the neighbors. ★NO OPEN FLAMES of any kind including candles. ★NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond control. PER THE HOA: ★Garbage must be placed in trash chutes located next to the elevators. ★Beach Resort HOA prohibits hanging towels or clothing over balcony railings. ★The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. Guests must observe pool/hot tub rules posted by the pool/hot tub entrances.
