Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this with our housekeeping team. 👶 Family Pack – Travelling with children? We can provide a travel cot (please bring your own sheets) for £10 per stay. Fire - We provide a starter pack of logs and kindling. If you require more we can provide you some at £12 per pack. WILL BE FULLY DECORATED FOR CHRISTMAS WITH TREE AND TINSEL. PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner and soaps. Additionally, a cot is available; kindly let us know in advance if you require one. GOOD TO KNOW: You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime between 4-11pm using a lockbox which is conveniently located at the property.. BOOK NOW: We guarantee the property will be available for the dates you book, it will be sparkling clean with fresh linen, towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bin Usage Disclaimer Please note: Our team monitors bin usage before check-in and after check-out to ensure compliance with local waste disposal rules. If recycling or general waste is found to be incorrectly disposed of, and this results in a fine or penalty, we will unfortunately have no choice but to pass this charge on to you, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the property and area clean. Guest access You'll have full access of the house, the attached annex, the gardens and wellness studio. Please note, the annex has its own kitchen, living room and bathroom but is adjoined to the house via an internal door and utility room. Other things to note Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
