The space This is a peaceful, well-kept Brooklyn home located on a quiet residential block. Approximately 12 minute walk to the Utica Avenue 3/4 Subway Train Stop. There are shops, laundromats, restaurants, and public transportation. Guests stay in a private bedroom with access to a guest-only bathroom shared with other visitors (not the host). The home is clean, quiet, and structured, best suited for respectful guests with day-time activities. Dining room access is available; the living room is private. The neighborhood is convenient, walkable, and filled with Caribbean markets, laundromats, and food options just a few minutes away.
