The cottage boasts two beautifully presented bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite toilet and a twin room overlooking the garden. A ground-floor bathroom, featuring a bath, shower, basin, and Wc, completes the accommodation. Greenbank offers off-road parking for a medium-sized car, Smart Tv, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are included, along with a starter pack of logs for the woodburning stove. The cottage is pet-friendly, welcoming two well-behaved small or medium-sized dogs. Please note that the property is non-smoking and not suitable for children under twelve. Handrails are provided on the stairs for added safety, although the traditional cottage stairway may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
