Gallery, located in the historic Janion building, offers a delightful and charming space with stunning views! This 354 Sq.ft. south facing studio is furnished with modern appliances, an elegant kitchen with quartz countertops, Wi-Fi access and washer/dryer. The building offers a gym, a rooftop area with BBQ, private lounge, bicycle parking and even kayak rental services! Parking is not included with this unit. However, our team is ready to help arrange suitable parking solutions for your stay! Other things to note CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All necessary amenities are just minutes away by foot, cycling or transit. Enjoy the convenience of shops, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy in arms reach and just minutes away from the downtown core which is home to Victoria’s entertainment hot spots! Bicycle storage is assigned to the rental unit. Please bring your own chain and lock to secure your bicycle. All properties are NON SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. No pets allowed. VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control. There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP. Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
