Full length blackout curtains have just been installed in the bedrooms! Workspace/desk in Queen bedroom 💻 There is a foldable cot in the bedroom closet available for your use Linens, towels, toiletries, Tressemme shampoo and conditioner provided KIDS: This is a family friendly home! Many excellent parks and playgrounds nearby. Foster Park & Promenade Park are two of our favorites! Games, puzzles & books are available for your kids to enjoy. **2 Pack-n-plays available for your use, plus a foldable cot in the Queen bedroom closet. PETS: Bringing your pet? 2 max are permitted. FULLY FENCED YARD! Pet bowls located in the kitchen closet. Have more than 2 pets? Inquire with host for special permission. Dog beach located at Fox Island County park - 13 minute drive from the home. Check their website for hours. PARKING: On-site parking located behind the home can accommodate up to 3 cars max. (No parking on grass or in alley) Note: The driveway has a 12 foot wide gate at the end of the driveway. You may pull your car inside the gate if you wish, or park behind it. (Do not block or impede gravel alley) LAYOUT: All on one level! Great floor plan offers privacy as 2 of the largest bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home. Laundry in basement is available for use. 🧼 THE AREA: The Fairfield Fort Wayne features event space, BOWLING and GOLF simulators, and The Barrel Room | Whiskey Bar & Lounge. Located just 5 minutes away! Foster Park: pavilions, dog park, golf course, playground, community gardens, and even a bridal area. The Fort Wayne Rivergreenway passes through Foster Park allowing for people to walk, run, and bike through the nature trail. Promenade Park. This one-of-a-kind park joins our natural rivers to Fort Wayne’s thriving urban center. Have kids? Check out their playground! Union Street Market — featuring start-up eateries and local favorites — makes for deliciously casual dining. THIS IS A MUST SEE!! Friendly Fox Restaurant has a dog friendly patio and is a neighborhood staple! Only a 2 minute drive from the home. Highly rated Chance Bar, which serves delicious food, and is walking distance from the property. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home EXCLUDING attic, locked owner’s closet & garage (unless otherwise expressed by the Host). Smart lock for easy guest access! Copy of ID required for reservation holder. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space. Ring cameras are located on the exterior of the home by the front door and back door. Other things to note Private patio and furnished front porch offer TWO outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM due to close proximity of the neighbors. STRICT NO PARTIES and no smoking. Smoking outside only is ok. $3,000 fine for parties. $500 fine for smoking inside the home. **Patio set by garage is stored during the winter, but available during all other seasons! Starter supplies are provided for each stay. Reservation holder is responsible for the actions of their guests.
