Welcome to our cozy Annapolis retreat! This charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is perfect for families or groups. Enjoy the backyard oasis with a firepit and patio for entertaining. Downtown Annapolis, including the US Naval Academy for Commissioning Week and Graduation ceremonies, is just a short <5-min/<30 min walk away, offering shops, restaurants, and historical landmarks. We kindly require at least a 7-night stay for the entirety of Commissioning Week. The space The sleeping arrangements entail: - 2nd floor primary bedroom king bed - 2nd floor guest bedroom queen bed - Basement guest bedroom queen bed - Basement queen sofabed with memory foam mattress and queen sofabed in the same room - 3rd floor queen air mattress with mattress topper, accessible by a narrow spiral staircase Guest access You will have access to the majority of the house with the exception of our clothes closets in the bedrooms and the storage room in the basement. We kindly ask that you respect our boundaries and leave those doors shut, which will be clearly marked. Thank you! Other things to note You will truly be in a prime location! Our coveted neighborhood is mere steps from the USNA football stadium, and a quick drive/bike ride/leisurely walk away from Downtown Annapolis where you will find a plethora of historical and nautical attractions. The property is also located a 5 min walk from West Annapolis which offers a brand new local brewery as well as other fun local restaurants and shops (coffee, bagels, ice cream, breakfast café, bakery, Mexican, Italian, and more). It's rare being so close to the action while having such a large outdoor space to enjoy!
