On the main floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a dining area. The master bedroom on this floor has a king bed and an adjoining bathroom and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. On the lower level, there are three additional bedrooms, two with two single beds and another with a double bed and a full bathroom. In the large living area on this floor, there is a pool table and three sofa beds (bedding included). The outdoor space of Deer 69 features a large balcony with patio furniture and a BBQ available all year around. Enjoy a private hot tub in the backyard and the firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and an electric vehicle charging station. Watercraft such as kayaks, canoes and paddle boards are available on site for guest use on Fiddler Lake during the summer months. The lake is intended for boating and is accessible only via a dock. There is no beach or shallow sandy area for swimming, so it is not recommended for toddlers or young children to swim in the lake.
