The spacious Ocean View three bedroom, three bath villa features a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining and living areas, and a multple furnished balconies. The primary bedroom is complete with a king bed and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The villa features a second bedroom with a king bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and access to a full bathroom. The third bedroom features two double beds and access to another full bathroom. The living room also features a sleeper sofa large enough for two. The unit does feature a washer and dryer, as well as there are laundry facilities on every floor for guests to use during their stay. Please note, at check-in renters are required to pay a government fee of $3 USD/night, a $15 Levy fee, and timeshare taxes of $40/day (subject to change).
