The master bedroom features air conditioning, smart TV with Netflix, walk-in closet with private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony. Second bedroom features AC and SmartTV with Netflix. The balcony is spacious and perfect for relaxing, reading a book or enjoying good company. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, blender, and cooking utensils. The dining table can easily function as dedicated workspace. The building has a rooftop pool and jacuzzi; coworking,Turkish and gym on the first floor, and has 24/7 private surveillance reception with closed-circuit TV surveillance in all common areas.
