Our home features a bright and welcoming open-plan ground floor which is home to a living area, kitchen & dining area. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen smart TV, creating an excellent place to unwind with your party. You can log in to your favourite streaming apps and enjoy your favourite shows. Bournville House boasts a clean modern white kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Here you can make use of an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The dining table has space for 4 guests. On the ground floor, there is a WC for convenience. The staircase leading you to the first floor is home to two bedrooms & the main bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed decked out in plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. The second bedroom has a snug single bed offering a relaxing night's sleep amongst a cosy colour scheme. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, as well as drawers so you’ll have plenty of storage space for your belongings. The main contemporary bathroom includes a walk-in shower, basin & WC. As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby. Guests can park in the privately allocated space at the front of the property. Our home boasts free WiFi throughout. North Tees Hospital is just a 4-minute drive away from Bourneville House. The property is close to neighbouring towns such as Middlesbrough & Darlington. The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues. It is also in the perfect location for exploring the North East Coast and the North Yorkshire countryside. If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.
