The space The ground floor is open-plan: living, kitchen, and dining all in one well-laid-out space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a proper meal: hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and a washing machine. No hunting around for basic appliances. It's all there. The living area has a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with access to your usual streaming apps, useful when you want to properly switch off at the end of the day. Downstairs WC too. Upstairs are two bedrooms. A double and a single, both with wardrobes and drawer storage so you're not living out of a bag, and a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The beds are made up properly. You'll sleep well. A welcome box with the basics is waiting when you arrive, because we don't want you going hunting for a supermarket within an hour of getting through the door.
