Guest access GUESTS have EXCLUSIVE access to the ENTIRE home, pool area, casita, and yard. No garage access. You will receive a keyless code for the entry pad before your arrival. Before, during, and after your stay, feel free to reach out to us at any time. Please note that all rental agreements and guest screening must be completed prior to receiving the code. OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 8 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. NO GARAGE: There is plenty of space in the driveway THINGS TO NOTE: We do require a Pre-Arrival to be complete prior to receiving the code. The pool does not have a safety fence. Always supervise children.
