Our home is a peaceful, spacious one bed apartment in elevated position, with beautiful uninterrupted views of Nonsuch Bay, Green Island and gardens from secluded wrap around verandah. Within a two minute stroll, there is access to two infinity pools and a private palm fringed beach with loungers. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable airy indoor & outdoor spaces, super kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom ensure you will feel at home. There is a dedicated parking space but no passing traffic, steps or challenging hills. A small secluded garden is available for private sunbathing. Lazy days spent in our private home is an investment in health. Relax on the wide verandah before wandering through gardens to the pools or the beach only minutes away. Enjoy the sounds of palm trees which create a curtain of privacy and watch the sun and full moon rise over the bay from the verandah. Our apartment The large open living space includes a stylish dining table seating four, a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, smart tv with Netflix, and fast fibre internet. Local artwork collected over a number of years is displayed. The fully equipped kitchen has a new combination microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate storage area with a washing machine and air dryer. The large bedroom with comfortable superking size bed, armchair, chest of drawers, and bedside tables with flexible lighting, has air conditioning. There is ample built in wardrobe and storage space and a small safe. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower, twin basins and a jacuzzi bath. Doors from living and bedroom areas open on to the spacious wrap around verandah with beautiful uninterrupted views of Nonsuch Bay, the pool and gardens. We are not overlooked in our more elevated position. A 4 seater dining table and chairs, two armchairs and two loungers ensure there is a quiet space for you to relax. Watch the world go by and listen to the whispering palm trees which provide a further curtain of privacy at the side. Outside Amenities There is a dedicated parking space, but no passing traffic which ensures peace and tranquility night and day. Two infinity pools and a palm fringed beach are reached by a short gentle stroll through well maintained gardens. You may wish to pause and watch hummingbirds feed on exotic flowers. A small outside area at the entrance to the property, which is not overlooked, is available for quiet sunbathing or reading in the shade of the gardenia tree. Places of Interest English Harbour with shops, restaurants, yacht club is a 30minute drive Nelson’s Dockyard, an World Heritage Site, - 35 minute drive Shirley Heights for history, walks, steel bands and fabulous views, 40 minutes drive Half Moon Bay, one of best beaches in Antigua, 15 minute drive. Tippi’s Beach Bum bar for drinks, lobsters and good food is a must. Unspoilt Green Island - 10 minute boat trip. Book The Reef restaurant for a fabulous lunch.
