The spacious and bright main floor living room invites everyone to gather, whether cuddling up by the wood fireplace or watching a movie. Spend your days on the beach, building sandcastles or taking leisurely strolls. For more adventure, we provide two kayaks for a fun race The space INSIDE: The main floor living room is spacious and filled with natural light, making it the perfect spot for everyone to gather. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV with Grandma. The bright, open kitchen offers plenty of space for everyone to pitch in and prepare your favorite family meals. The eat-in dining area comfortably seats 8 and is surrounded by large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for shared meals. OUTSIDE: Show off your grilling skills on the propane BBQ and savor meals outdoors. Challenge your crew to yard games on the sprawling grassy area, or sneak away for a peaceful nap in the hammock under the shade of the trees. Spend sun-soaked days on the beach with a good book, building sandcastles, or strolling along the shoreline. As the sun sets, unwind in the hot tub, letting the bubbling warmth ease you into total relaxation. Then, gather around the fire pit under a blanket of stars, sharing stories and laughter to end a perfect summer day. We've supplied 2 kayaks as well as 6 lifejackets - challenge the kids to a race. And there are 2 adult bikes and 4 children's bikes. SLEEPING SPACES: Sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and a loft -- Main Cottage Bedrooms -- Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (Have to walk through Bedroom 2 to get to) Bedroom 2: Double Bed (Does not have a bedroom door) Bedroom 3: Double Bed Bedroom 4: Single Bed and Single over Single Bunk Bed (Bedroom 3 and 4 share a door) -- Coachhouse Upper Level Bedrooms -- 4 Double Beds Ensuite Bathroom 3 piece with large shower Bathroom 2: 3 piece with large shower Couch house bathroom: 3 Piece with another large shower Other things to note Guest is required to provide government issued photo id, provide a separate security deposit of $500, and sign a separate cottage rental agreement-including names of all invitees who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) May have outdoor camera. Max occupancy at all times is 10, violation will result in removal without refund. Max 2 Pets are allowed but must sign separate pet addendum. Parking for 4 vehicles Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. Our Winter Weather Cancellation Policy is designed with your safety in mind. If winter conditions make travel unsafe or if there are road closures preventing you from reaching the cottage, you have flexible options: ❄ Delay Your Arrival – If the cottage is available, you can shift your stay by a day or two. ❄ Reschedule – Move your booking to a future date that works for you. ❄ Full Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you can cancel for a full refund.
