Pool and Elevator now open! Welcome to your perfect vacation getaway! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath luxury studio on Clearwater Beach is the ultimate retreat for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. With a fully equipped kitchenette and luxurious sleeping accommodations, feel right at home on the beach. Relax on the balcony overlooking the community pool or take a short stroll to the beach across the street. Everything you need right at your fingertips! The space Make use in the well equipped kitchenette with tall fridge, microwave, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, and all utensils. The sleeping area features a split king sized bed with under bed lighting and fully adjustable base with massage feature. There is a dividing wall featuring 2 twin convertible ottomans which can be joined for another king sized bed. The living area also has 32" smart TV in that space. Head down to the heated community pool or walk across the street to powder sand gulf. A little further walk puts you into town for shops, bars, restaurants, and Pier 60. Pelican Pointe is your perfect beachside retreat! Property includes parking pass for 1 car in onsite parking lot. Passes lost or stolen from unit will incur a $50 replacement fee. HOA is currently no pets, but check back as we are trying to get them voted in! Other things to note -Minimum Rental age of 21 years old -No Smoking -No Parties or Events -Check in time is 4:00pm EST, Check out is 10am EST. Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out at $25 per hour. -For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list through Airbnb messaging. -Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. -Current HOA restriction for no pets (but check back soon as we hope to be able to host them soon, its up for board review!)
