Pine Cottage is situated near Little Haven, Pembrokeshire. Perfect location to enjoy the beaches, wildlife and watersports in the surrounding area. (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) The space Pine Cottage is a cosy cottage with sea views and is ideal for families and couples at any time of year. The house is just a short downhill woodland walk to the beautiful small coastal village of Little Haven. It is the perfect place for a relaxing break with its 3 great pubs and a sandy beach. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, Celtic Cycle Route, and various water sports are within a short walking distance. You can also learn to ride a horse, go climbing or abseiling on spectacular cliffs nearby, or simply relax and enjoy a traditional seaside holiday in Little Haven. Little Haven is a charming village with three welcoming pubs, a post office/tea room, a pottery/craft shop/workshop, and galleries with local artists’ work. The next village of Broad Haven provides water sports enthusiasts with plenty to choose from, including surfing, windsurfing, kiteboarding and sea kayaking. There are also many all-weather attractions in Pembrokeshire, including theme parks, dinosaur parks, wildlife parks, trampoline parks, and so much more to see and do. Please bring your own cot bedding -Gas central heating -Free WiFi -Very good 4G coverage -2 well-behaved dogs welcome -No smoking -Check in after 4 pm, check out by 10 am Other things to note Pre-arrival -The property is approached via a single-track lane through a gateway into an enclosed courtyard area with 9 other properties -No telephone available however, wifi is accessible in the cottage and mobile phone reception is good. -Guide dog welcome. -No public transport is available. -The walk down to the village is along a lane and although takes 10 minutes it is quite a steep walk on the way back. -A torch is required if you are planning to walk back in the dark. Arrival and car parking -Parking for one car on the gravel area is directly in front of the cottage -Stone cobble edging between roadway and parking area -There is a communal parking area close by for a further car -Stone steps (6) up to the front door. The steps edges are not highlighted and there is no hand rail Inside -Standard width main entrance stable type door within storm porch opens into a corridor that leads to the bathroom in one direction and to the sitting room in the other -Coir entrance mat and laminate flooring in the main room -Television with freeview and DVD player operated by remote control and stereo/CD player is operated directly -A kitchen area and two bedrooms (twin and double) are all accessed directly from the sitting room with level access into the kitchen and twin room; there are 4 carpeted steps down into the double bedroom, with a hand rail on either side -Double doors open out from the double bedroom with one step down onto the grass next to the car parking area -The bathroom is accessed from the corridor from the sitting room -The bathroom has standard fittings, a plastic non-slip bath with a handle above the bath on the tiled wall an over-the-bath electric power shower and a laminate floor. -The kitchen has standard fittings including, an under-worktop dishwasher, washer/drier, hob and built-in double oven and laminate floor -The main bedroom with a double bed has a carpeted floor and is accessed down several stairs -The twin bedroom has 2 single beds and a carpeted floor -The double doors from the kitchen lead into the fully glazed conservatory over a small step; the conservatory has a quarry tile floor -The galleried Crog loft with pine bannister has twin beds and is accessed by a steep staircase. There are sloping ceilings with limited headroom and a carpeted floor. -All electrical sockets are <30mm from the floor and switches are at standard heights. Doors are fitted with gate latch type handles. Good colour contrast between doors and walls. -Audible smoke alarms fitted. -Outside light to entrance is operated manually from within the cottage. -A travel cot, high chair and stair gates are available for use. -There are seaviews from the double bedroom window Outside -There is a lawn area to the rear of the property that can be accessed via one step down from the conservatory onto the gravel/rubber chippings and then 2 steps up onto the level lawn.
