Guest access Guests have private access to the East Wing interior and outdoor access to the front porch, east driveway, east side yard, back yard area & patio, and outdoor shower. However, outdoor spaces may be shared with up to two additional guests staying in the North Wing. Guests additionally have access to the private deeded beach access. Other things to note At Wentworth South, we give as much consideration as we can to the allergy-prone, the chemically-sensitive, and the environment, in addition to your health, comfort and enjoyment. These features and amenities aim to support those intents and make life a little better… - Whole-house activated charcoal water filtration, removing chlorine & other chemicals. - Whole-house copper plumbing. - Solar-heated hot water with auxiliary electric. - Outdoor shower & spigot. - Dedicated central HVAC with disinfecting UV light and your own thermostat control. Seasonal accessory space heater. - Safe, environmentally-friendly housekeeping cleaners. (Regular disinfection using hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, essential oils and steam cleaning. No bleach, no commercial chemicals.) - Natural pest controls with borax and essential oils. - A supply of eco-conscious, non-toxic, mineral oil-free and petroleum-free shampoos, conditioners, body wash, bar soaps and non-toxic liquid hand soaps provided. - Countertop ironing board, iron and garment steamer. - Vacuum/dust buster, dust pan & brush, for your own tidying. - Organic and/or natural material linens and rugs. - No smart meter. - Homemade, all-natural bug repellent available. - A mostly-shaded driveway with ample parking space. Once monthly housekeeping is included. Grocery delivery, additional housekeeping, professional laundry service and chauffeur services are also available, provided optionally at an additional charge. Additionally, no bug sprays/repellants, cleaning chemicals, etc., are allowed to be brought onto or used on the property by guests. - Due to being serviced by a septic system, we exclude the use of baths – showers only! - Property features, furnishings, landscaping, etc. are all subject to change.
