Troia Beach/Golf Villa w/pool

Villa located in Tróia, in the Comporta region, the center of the jet-set at the moment. It is a house surrounded by dunes, sea, river with dozens of kilometers of beaches, some still poorly explored. It is a quiet and elegant space in a private luxury condominium, with lots of natural light and large green areas, making it a perfect place for family vacations or a small group of friends. The space It is a villa integrated into a band of four, with a pool shared by these same properties. It consists of 2 floors, and on the lower floor is the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, we have two suites, the main one with a queen-size bed overlooking the pool and garden, a wardrobe, a bathtub with a Jacuzzi and a shower. The other suite, overlooking the countryside, has two twin beds with a wardrobe and a full bathroom. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a fireplace. It is a villa with about 200 sq. meters, featuring a large terrace facing the pool, inviting you to a "good meal." Any intermediate cleaning required or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will cost the same as the advertised final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly cleaning using our service providers will be mandatory and will have the same cost as the final cleaning. For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas expenses are not included and will be charged to guests. Guest access You can walk in nature, ride a bicycle, use the pool or spend the afternoons at prestigious beach clubs. If you are a tennis, paddle or golf lover, you can enjoy what you like the most, and the 18-hole golf course in Troia is one of the most considered in Europe. The marina area is available (5 min walk) where you can take a boat ride on the Sado River, watch the dolphins or enjoy the many restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry and boutiques that are there. You can try your luck at the Casino de Troia or cross the Sado by Catamaran (15 min ride) and visit Setúbal, land of grilled fish and fried cuttlefish. Of course, there is Comporta, Carvalhal and the rest of the Alentejo coast, where you can experience the cosmopolitanism of trendy restaurants and boutiques, go horseback riding or simply go to the beach.
