This 3/3 home offers 2 King bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, & large living room & sunroom upstairs, perfect for entertaining. The downstairs room has 1 twin bed & 1 daybed, & a private full bath, providing ample space for your group The large backyard is waterfront, with a large deck & fire pit. Guest access Guest HAVE FULL ACCESS to all parts of the home, except the elevator shaft! Please do NOT enter there. Guest do NOT have access to the neighbors dock's on either side of the property. Other things to note We do NOT have access to the neighbor's docks on either side of us. That is private property & we do not want you to get a ticket for trespassing on your vacation!!
