Calypso Shack, Fishing Paradise!

Calypso is a brand new spacious single level home. Canal-front getaway with a dock, which is key to access all the different adventures nearby, minutes from world class fishing, shelling and from top ranked beaches like Cayo Costa and North Captiva. Want to relax, kick back in the jacuzzi located in the screened lanai. It is the perfect getaway with either friends or family. Pine Island is filled with many convenient attractions, outdoor ventures and restaurants with entertainment. The space Calypso is a brand new home with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, on suite and television. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a television. The third bedroom has a full size bed with a twin size trundle. Plenty of closet space available throughout the house. Kitchen is equipped with all you may need to cook like if you were at home. Utensils for BBQ also provided. Each bathroom has a blow dryer and bath towels will be supplied. The lanai has outdoor furniture for you to relax and oversea the canal. Where you will enjoy watching the manatees and dolphins swimming and playing around the dock. You can also enjoy the jacuzzi which is in the lanai. Calypso is our home away from home, which we cherish and hope you will enjoy the same way we have thus far. Guest access Guest have access to everything in the house except a cabinet above the washer, a closet in the master bedroom and garage. Please do not use any of the linens or towels that are in bins in the closet. Garage sometimes may be off limit, but guest will be informed prior to their stay. Regardless, parking in the garage is prohibited due to the floor being treated, since it will be converted into a game room in the future. The boat lift is not accessible, but if renter has a boat you may tie up to the dock. Other things to note Calypso is located in the heart of Saint James City. Whether you are here to venture out on the water or to indulge in outdoor adventures, this canal-front home is your best bet. The dock is surrounded by waterways, and your just minutes from world class fishing, shelling and to some of the best beaches in Florida. There are other local attractions like the Galt Preserve, Jug Creek Marina, Museum, restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks and fishing stores. Fort Myers is less than 30 miles from Calypso. There are many more small cities nearby you can explore as well. Please note due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Calypso also resides in a noise-sensitive area. Please be mindful with our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
