With walkable access to Magens bay, a world renowned beach/park, this private-gated secluded oasis is yet convenient to all the islands amenities, activities & shops The space Suite Mango, is part of the Tranquility compound, and provides guests a bird's eye view of both the beauty of the Caribbean turquoise waters and as well the exotic, lush green of the land! Suite Mango in particular is nestled among many exotic fruit trees and plants. The suite, and entire villa is fully concrete, mason home, so very quiet. Access to Suite Mango is from the shared onsite flat parking area down a flagstone ramp to a private deck / porch / entry area. This deck offers a stand alone outdoor full bathroom for quick after-beach showering, and as well access to a garden path that is filled with not only many varieties of mango trees, but Soursop, Guava Berry, Pomegranate, Guava, Lemon and Lime. You will also see lots of exotic plants such as hibiscus, bromeliads and yes Orchids growing on trees! Whether it’s a fruit or flower, something is likely to be blooming during your visit with us! Suite Mango has two private entrances, one from the main deck / porch area, and the other from a side deck area, that is the length of the suite. Both entryways have screen doors, offering unparalleled, and well-known north-side Caribbean breezes, no A/C required! Inside, Suite Mango offers an open concept dining/living room (with X Large AC mini split), with a pass-through kitchen window for ease of serving. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with a large refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and water purification system. In addition to your stand-alone ‘beach’ bathroom, the interior offers both one full and one ½ bathroom, making it easy for all guests to be comfortable. Each of the two bedrooms have front row seats to the spectacular turquoise views of Hans Lollik island and the cool breezes. Each bedroom is equipped w/ closets, ceiling fans, stand-alone fans – one has a portable AC unit if needed. The extra large open living space also offers a large walk in closet, a day bed and a desk/chair for computer work - we have STARLINK -- unparalleled Internet strength, with no downtime! NOTE property also boasts an auto generator -- as the power does go out on the island - but you'll never know it! Guest access As you’ll see upon arrival, Suite Mango is part of a larger private villa compound that is owner-occupied. In fact Suite Mango is so private, you cannot see it from the cul-de-sac driveway! Suite Mango’s on-site parking spot is conveniently located right next to the flag stone pathway to your suite. As a shared compound please be respectful of the shared and restricted areas . The garden area directly accessible off of Suite Mango's patio stairway is yours to enjoy. The other entryways and areas under construction are completely off limits. See map in photo's Other things to note Portions of this compund are still under construction so please pay close attention and follow the guidelines in the photo provided as to which areas are off limits and subject to a termination of stay. All outdoor areas have cameras. Suite Mango: All the kitchen, dining, living and bedroom windows have spectacular lush tropical garden views or Caribbean Ocean views. The windows near the office desk and day bed are overlooking a project underway at the villa, which includes an additional garden area. Please be patient with us!
