Close to The Big Chill and Rosemary Beach, you will spend your afternoons exploring the many shops, restaurants, and more! *Spacious design with you in mind, this home features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms *Beach access is less than a minute's walk *Community Pool *Great views of the Gulf and community pool *Two living rooms, on the 1st and 2nd floors *Two of the bedrooms are custom-built bunk rooms, each with a twin over a full-size bed *All bedrooms have TVs *The dining table comfortably seats 8, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island *Spacious kitchen with multiple sinks, granite counters, and a kitchen island *Laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer *3 parking spaces in the driveway for medium-sized vehicles *Minimum age to rent is 25 Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
