You will love this stylish rustic designed home, featuring heated outdoor pool (open from June 1st to September 30st), and scenic pond view which is nestled right next to our backyard! The space As experienced Superhost, our focus has been to equip this space with all the amenities and cozy charm to make it truly feel like your own personal hideaway from home! THE BIRD HOUSE features an open-concept design with large windows which flood the space with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere! The space is perfect for family and friends gathering and entertaining, with a flat-screen TV, pool table, exercise equipment, and fast Wi-Fi. Also, there are two dedicated workspaces for those guests who work remotely! The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook and serve gourmet meals, and with a set of washer and dryer ensuring that our guests have everything they need for a seamless stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except basement and garage. Basement is a separate unit with its own entrance, an university student lives in the basement but she doesn't use the pool at all! PLEASE NOTE: This property is NOT a cottage, it is a house in a family-friendly area. We have neighbors on both right and left sides of the house, so absolutely NO party or loud noise/music in the backyard or around the pool, thanks! Other things to note We kindly ask our guests to follow and respect below rules. If it is somehow discovered or our security audio and video recording cameras show that any of these rules have been broken, first the guests will be warned and if they do not comply it would result in canceling their booking and being escorted out of the property with absolutory NO refund! - Since our property is located in a peaceful and family-oriented neighborhood, we are very restricted about the noise. Please respect our quiet time for the pool area, balcony, and backyard between 9 pm to 8 am including weekends. If it's not respected, guests will be warned via the camera speaker and all of the recorded audio and video will be kept providing to Airbnb or whom it may be concerned as evidence. - Having party with loud noise/music is not permitted indoor and outdoor of the house at any time and will cancel your booking. - Smoking of any kind, or use of scented candles and incense, is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house. Please note using any drugs inside or outside the house will immediately cancel your reservation with NO refund! - Maximum 2 dogs per stay are welcomed with $ 30 extra cleaning fee. We are sorry but cannot accept your cats as our furry guests. - This place is a sanctuary for mature guests only, so you must be a minimum age of 25 to book this listing. *We do reserve the right to enter the property at any time if we feel that the respect of our house rules has at all been compromised.
