The space Enjoy your vacation at Casa D'Incato - a 1400 sq. ft. 3-bedroom 2 bath home with heated pool on a saltwater canal in SW Cape Coral. Launch your boat from the dock/boat lift and cruise to the gulf within minutes. While on a quiet Cul-du-sac, downtown Cape Coral with all its bars and restaurants is only a 10-minute walk so leave your car in the driveway and order that extra margarita. Monkey Bar is around the corner and enjoys a cheerful crowd every night of the week. Bikes with helmets and locks are also available to hit the town. Two bedrooms feature king beds, while the third bedroom features two twin beds, which can be pushed together if preferred. All bedrooms have spacious closets and smart TVs where you can log into your own apps and stream your favorite content. The main bedroom offers direct access to the patio and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms. Splash in the screened-in pool, lounge on the outdoor couch, in the comfy papasan or hanging chair, and enjoy dinner under the string lights. Invite your friends over to play a game of bocce while sitting around the gas fire place during those chilly 70℉ Florida nights. Pool toys, floaties, and towels are provided. Feeling adventures? Launch one of the two kayaks or the SUP from your own private boat dock. Life vests are available for adults and children. The sliding doors leading to the pool have chimes so you get notified if the little ones are trying to sneak out. A pack-and-play (please bring your own mattress) and a high chair are available for our littlest guests. If you prefer the beach don't forget to grab the equipment from the garage: chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler etc. You don't have to bring anything from home. When you get back to the house, rinse off those sandy feet in the outdoor shower. The large backyard boasts room for children and dogs to safely roam around, as it is fenced off from the canal. Soccer goals and balls, as well as a badminton set and cornhole, are provided. For the less active vacationer, we recommend the hammock and the outdoor TV for entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked allowing you to make quick snacks as well as prepare large feasts for the holidays. Don't feel like cooking indoors? There's a BBQ outside and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The living/dining area offers a large TV, comfortable seating and a dining table large enough to fit 6. Pass some time with the board games or craft supplies, and explore the library. If you take a book with you, simply leave another. A desk and monitor were added to the twin bedroom for our digital nomads. Needless to say, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole house. A washer and dryer can be found in the garage along with an iron, steamer and ironing board. We welcome all well-behaved furry friends with open arms!
