The villas are located on a quiet cul de sac, which affords them a great deal of peace and privacy. These can be rented separately or together. The space Only a five minutes walk from the beach, Dos Olas is a stunning pair of vacation rentals, each consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful indoor/outdoor living area. The homes’ contemporary design carry a consideration for minimalism and functionality. Polished concrete floors and countertops meld together perfectly with the rich teak wood ceilings and custom cabinetry. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and plenty of built in storage to accommodate larger groups and families. The natural lighting in the villas is one of its many highlights. The high teak ceilings throughout open up the space. Every room has sliding doors to a large covered patio with teak ceilings, fans and plenty of shade for lounging, eating al fresco or entertaining. Dos Olas 1 comes with a private full-sized pool, while Dos Olas 2 is equipped with a private plunge pool. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-out patio, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite rain shower. The second bedroom has a custom-designed bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom, a single bed on top and a walk-out patio. There is a second bathroom with a shower for the second bedroom and guests. Each home boasts AC units in all three rooms and passive ventilation is maximized by heigh ceilings and large windows if one wishes to open the house to the surrounding jungle. Guest access Check in time is between the hours of 4PM and 9PM. If you plan on arriving later than 6PM, please advise the Villas Dos Olas management team through Airbnb, as we will check you in virtually the night of, and offer you a proper welcome the next morning. Each house has a garage gate and parking for 1 car. For stays of 6 days or more, a light cleaning is included once a week. When the cleaners are on site, a request can be made to do a load of laundry time permitting, at no additional cost. If you require additional cleaning services, it will be our pleasure to quote you for the service. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, there may be noise from construction projects in the area typically between the hours of 7am and 5pm, but can begin as early as 6am. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of the projects. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager. Please do not use knives to open coconuts as they will break. **Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. **Bathroom towels from the home are not to be taken to the beach. We provide beach towels for the beach. **Keys: Rental Party agrees to return all keys immediately upon checkout. Failure to do so will result in a $150 charge. **Rental Party agrees not to use the premises for any and all improper purposes nor permit any disturbances to the surrounding inhabitants, neighbors, or nature areas. **When the owners visit and stay in the adjacent property, they may bring down their dogs down with them. **Please note that this current house has a fence separating it from the second home on the same property.
