The space The open interior offers a spacious living area on the ground floor, featuring a double-height entrance that provides access to the kitchen, dining room, and living areas. The custom kitchen is designed for cooking and enjoying local ingredients, equipped with a top of the line Miele appliances. Three French doors frame the view and lead to an expansive decked terrace. A grand, gas fireplace anchors the living area and can be enjoyed throughout the ground floor. There is a mud room and shower on the ground floor as well. The neutral-colored walls and furnishings create a striking contrast against the warm wood flooring and exposed wooden beams that extend throughout the house creating a calm and welcoming design. A bespoke, metal and wood staircase connects all three levels of the building. The first floor is composed of three spacious bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. A third family bathroom is located off the landing. This level boasts abundant natural light streaming through the expansive windows along the roofline, creating a seamless integration with the surrounding nature. The lower level offers a sleeping area with a private patio, bathroom en-suite and laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
