Please be mindful of any fire ban that may be in place. Your fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meal. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa. You will find olive oil, salt and pepper but limited on any other spices. Enjoy our propane BBQ equipped with utensils for your outdoor cooking experience. No problem our covered canopy is convenient and offers the best protection during your stay. We do not include any kayaks, canoes or water related services. Don’t forget about our complimentary LAKE CUSHMAN DAY PASS! This allows you access to nearby HOA Parks and four Boat launches at Lake Cushman. It unfortunately does not include access to Skokomish Lake Cushman. Lake Kokanee also has a Boat launch and is ideal for kayak and canoes as it has a 7HP max boat motor restriction. Guests are welcomed to use our new washer and dryer for your laundry needs. We have a couple yard games along with books, chess and board games for you to keep the family entertained. Guest access Please use the smart lock located at the BACK of the home deck found to the right of the red door. The slider door needs to be manually opened from inside. Also be advised that our HOA has a very strict Fireworks Ban in place for all of 2026 with a $1,500 Fine per breach. This fine will be passed on to any guest who lights off fireworks on our property. If you are bringing a boat, please coordinate with me on how to access the nearby lakes. There are some additional fees to consider if you leave your trailer at any of the parks and lakes. We do have a complimentary parking pass, but it only allows one car (no boat trailers). You have a fully stocked kitchen with salt/pepper, a few spices and olive oil. We do provide coffee and cream for your morning routine. Hot tub should be at 100-102 upon arrival with all the necessary added spa chemicals so that you won't have any worries throughout your stay. If something appears to be off, just shoot me a message. We service the Hot Tub weekly, so if I need to stop by and I will arrange a suitable time with you. If you are bringing a pet and forgot to pay the $75 fee, please reach out to me for arrangements. We do have security cameras, and they are turned off when door keypad code is activated. The carport camera can remain active upon your request. Please note that each camera is equipped with a security motion light for deterrence purposes; however, no recording takes place. We are in the process of constructing a Sauna in covered patio area and BBQ will be outdoors during construction Other things to note This home is NOT on Lake Cushman, you are situated in a very private wooded setting with a creek, multiple outdoor sitting areas and peaceful setting. You are only 10 minutes from the lake(s) and parks making this centrally located property extremely convenient. There are other homes in close proximity but rest assured your backyard is a relaxing sanctuary and perfect for the family to relax after a busy day exploring.
