Walkable concrete path from house to dock gangway. Awesome firepit with Adirondack chairs for your evening enjoyment. And a relaxing enclosed porch. Guest access You have access to the entire house and private dock except the garage, lower level shed and a few locked closets. Other things to note We have a partnership with a hot tub rental company- if interested please ask- it is a separate charge. Year round water at PRIVATE single covered slip, able to tie off 2nd boat on side of dock, partial covered swim platform, easy use swim ladder, 2 PWC docks. Paved roads to house and concrete driveway. Free boat ramp within 1 mile of house, park trailers at top of driveway at house. Golf cart vendor available that delivers to the property.
