The Guest House consists of the following: - 2 Bedrooms + 1 Bathroom - The Master Bedroom has queen bed. - The Second Bedroom has two single beds. - The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and two sinks. - The middle of the house is an open floorplan space with a den with sitting area, a dining table and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a sink, a stove with two electric burners, an espresso machine, a water kettle for tea or coffee, a small refrigerator and plenty of dishes, cups, forks, spoons, knives, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The Guest House also has a small washing machine. Clothes and towels may be dried outside on the clothing line. There is also ample parking on the property, a nearby forest for walking and a few fruit trees which offer ripe crab apples, plums and pears, depending on the season. To be clear: this Listing is for the Guest House on a large property with pool. The Main House is often occupied by the Owners, a friendly, warm couple who will happily offer the privacy to do as you please. There is no Air Conditioning. Fans will be provided in all bedrooms. Pool is "European style" and not heated. There is NO SMOKING allowed indoors. NO PETS allowed. Guest access Guest House, Pool and surrounding grounds....including the Hammock and Petanque Court! The entire property is shared with residents of the Main House who are a warm and welcoming couple. Other things to note: Pool is "european-style" and does NOT have a pool heater.
