Enjoy the sounds of nature from our 8 person hot tub, take a stroll through the woods or dip in our 4 season stream. You wont forget this stay! The space Newly built, our home is located on 20 serene acres in the heart of Kerhonkson. The house is located only 1/2 mile from Route 209, but is set deep in the woods and butts up against hundreds of acres of protected woodlands. You will feel like you are in the middle of no where yet only minutes away from many amenities! From the house, you can take a 5-minute stroll through the woods to our very own section of the Rochester Creek, a 4-season stream, where you can take a dip or simply observe the wildlife around you. Our home boasts a bright and airy open floor plan on the first level, ideal for socializing, gathering, and relaxing. The beautiful chef’s kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Snuggle by the wood stove while you catch up on your favorite show on our 75" TV, or simply look out the window to sneak a peek of the deer grazing on our grass. From the living room, you can easily step out into our sunroom and relax while listening to the birds chirping (or your favorite true-crime podcast!). Enjoy a dip in the hot tub or an outdoor meal on the patio. Need to work remotely? There is a home office located on the first floor, a comfortable Steelcase Leap office chair and Uplift adjustable height desk. The large couch opens into a comfortable (yes really!) queen foam mattress, perfect for a couple or the kids. Upstairs, you'll enjoy three bedrooms and a cozy lounge area with a beautiful handmade teak couch and tons of board games, books, and puzzles. The first bedroom has a queen size mattress with foam topper, dresser, and sizable closet. The middle bedroom is set up as a nursery, so it's perfect for your infant or toddler. There is a crib, changing table, dresser, closet, and several toys and books for your little one to enjoy. Lastly, you'll enter the master suite with a King size Casper mattress, large dresser, and walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower, 2 sink vanity, and bidet with heated seat. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house, hot tub, patio, lawn, and woods. There is a detached garage/workshop that is not available to the guests, and will be not be accessed by the owners for the duration of your stay.
