Bill's Bay Breeze is the perfect spot for a family vacation or a weekend getaway! The screened-in back porch is relaxing, with waterfront views of the bay and the wildlife! This house sleeps 8 and is roughly 10 houses down from Public Beach Access 3 on Alligator Point! You can also enjoy Alligator Point's Marina right down the road where you can launch your boat to enjoy a day of fishing and the Tiki Hut where they offer burgers, seafood and drinks! Bald Point State Park is just minutes away! Guest access Lockbox access- code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. Other things to note Special discounted rates Off-Season (Labor Day - February 28th): $3,000 per month, $1,000 weekly (not including taxes/fees). Please send a message to the host to request. Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.
