Our quiet and spacious property will seduce you with its panoramic views of the sea, the port, the high cliffs of Yport and the arch of Etretat. Located on the "Côte de la Vierge", this villa built in the 70s by an English shipowner (wishing to have an eye on the port and its boats), offers a beautiful living space with terrace/garden access and 4 bedrooms, all with sea/port views. On the ground floor: - a garage for 1 car with laundry (washing machine and dryer available). - an entrance with cupboard. - a bedroom (queen size double bed) with private shower room, dressing room and sea view balcony. - a small bedroom (sofa bed BZ 140x190 ideal for two children) with sea view balcony. On the lower level: - a carefully decorated living space with living room (non-functional fireplace), dining room (8 people), and independent fitted and fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, fondue service, electric plancha). Other things to note - The cleaning fee includes cleaning and the provision of bed linen and towels on the basis of a double bed for two people. Then, bed linen billed per "additional person" beyond 2 people. Professional laundry for impeccable hygiene. - No pets allowed. - Parties are not allowed. - No smoking. - Please do the dishes or turn on the dishwasher before you leave. - Please gather the dirty towels in the shower and place the sheets at the foot of the bed on the day of your departure. - please take out the garbage before you leave. In the parking lot, a gray container (pick up only on Sundays and Tuesdays) and a selective yellow sorting container (pick up only on Wednesday nights). - for heating, thank you in advance for avoiding overheating the accommodation, or remember to lower when you go out. - ⚠️ ATTENTION⚠️: the electrical device of the accommodation does not allow recharges of bikes and electric cars, your responsibility will be incurred. If you come by train, you have the option to drop off your luggage for free at the tourist office locker Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:30.
