Chalet 20 La Nublière, Lake Annecy

Detached wooden chalet of 40 m2 located in a quiet corner of the La Nublière campsite, Doussard Plage on Lake Annecy. The chalet has a covered terrace, its own private garden and two parking spaces. Inside, there is an open-plan living room with sofa (daybed) and a kitchen with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The chalet was renovated in 2024. Subject to availability, with chalet 14 just opposite, groups of up to 10 people can be welcomed between the two chalets (5 guests in each chalet). The space The main door and windows all have shutters, which you can open from the inside. If the shutters are closed during the day, particularly in the double bedroom it will help to keep the chalet cool for later in the day and night. The living room has a sofa which can be used as a day bed, two chairs, sideboard, storage shelves, electric heater, vacuum cleaner, breakfast bar table with two stools. The chalet has a fully fitted kitchen with ample cooking equipment, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is an electric four ring hob, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and a full-size dishwasher. A small bin is located under the sink along with the cleaning products and dustpan & brush. An additional bin is also located outside. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. A hair dryer is provided for guests use. There are two bedrooms, one room with a double bed and other has two single beds and a loft bed. Each bedroom has an electric heater and fan. Bed linen and towels are not provided, guests should bring their own as required. Pillows and duvets are provided. Please keep the pillowcase and mattress protectors on during your stay, placing your linen on top of these items. Leave the protector covers on the pillows and mattresses when you depart. There is a washing machine located in a cupboard on the terrace next to the outside sinkIn the small wooden garden shed you will find charcoal, fire lighters and tools for the BBQ. Garden furniture including outside table with chairs and two sun loungers are available for you to use. In addition to the indoor clothes airer provided, there is a permanent clothes line in the garden of the chalet to hang items on to dry. The chalet is fitted with two fire extinguishers, a fire blanket and smoke detector. A first aid kit is also provided.
