We offer our vacation home located in Quimiac/Kerro for your family vacation. Ideally located just 700 m from Lanséria Beach by a pleasant path. The house is surrounded by a 900 m² garden with deckchairs, garden table and chairs, barbecue. 11 km from Guérande and 18 km from La Baule. Numerous activities are nearby: equestrian center 1 km away, tree climbing within 2 km, salt marsh for superb walks, ocean bike a few meters away. The space 4 bedrooms: 20 m² (a double bed of 140 with duvet of 200 x 200 and a single bed of 90), 17 m² with double bed of 140 with duvet of 200 x 200 and a sofa, 14 m² with 2 single beds of 80 x 200 with duvet of 140 x 190 and 13 m² with 2 single beds of 90 with duvet of 140 x 190, a baby bed, a child bed. Other things to note family rental only rental for long weekends (May 1 and 8 and Pentecost) 3 nights minimum, Ascension weekend, 4 nights minimum We do not provide sheets and linens optional end-of-stay cleaning 90 euros heating (radiators) not included in the rental. During the winter months, expect 20 euros per day extra firewood for the fireplace not included in the rental price.
