Only 700 m from the beach of the Promenade des Anglais. The new building is located in an absolutely quiet cul-de-sac and has 5 almost identical modern apartments with private south-facing terrace. This offers the possibility to travel with friends or family and still have its intimacy. Our studio Elisa 4 has on 21 m² everything you need for daily use. Our studio is very bright, with fully equipped kitchen and ultra-modern bathroom with shower. A double sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) for 2 people, wardrobes and dining table with chairs. It also has a quiet south-facing terrace. Of course, our studio is equipped with air conditioning, internet (WLan) and electric external blinds. In the kitchen you will find a microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, etc. Our studio offers enough space for 2 adults + 1 baby/toddler. Unfortunately, for 3 adults it does not offer enough sleeping possibilities. For your baby/toddler please bring a travel cot or ask us for one. If it is available we will gladly provide it for you free of charge. From our studio you can reach the beach of the Promenade des Anglais in 6-7 minutes by foot or by bus (bus stop in 30m distance). You will find a bakery in 50m distance, supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, restaurants etc. in 400m distance. Additional costs: Final cleaning: 50,00 Euro (if desired). Linen package 15,00 EUR / person (if requested) Pet 15,00 € . Pet exclusively on request and please be sure to specify the breed. As far as the final cleaning is concerned, we leave it up to our guests whether they would like to have this done by our cleaning company (50.00 euros) or rather do it themselves. In any case, the final cleaning must be paid upon arrival and will be reimbursed to guests who wish to do it themselves on the day of departure, if the apartment is left in the same condition, i.e. in absolutely perfect condition, as it was upon arrival. We will not be able to receive you/see you off after 18.00 or before 08.00 and on Sundays/holidays. (We have a concierge service for this, who will receive/see you off between 18:00 and 20:00 for an extra charge of 30,00 Euro, between 20:00 and 22:00 for 50,00 Euro, if you leave before 08:00 30,00 Euro and arrival and departure on Sunday/holiday 30,00 Euro each).
