Located 10 minutes from the airport, 13 minutes from Gare Sud de France and 10 minutes from Parc Expo. Family house of 104 m2 composed of 3 bedrooms, with garden, located 15 minutes from the gates of Montpellier and the beaches. This pretty air-conditioned house offers you comfort thanks to the amenities, layout and a 120 m² south-facing garden with terrace, barbecue and private jacuzzi for pleasant moments of relaxation. The space On the ground floor: - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. - A friendly living room with video projector (Netflix, YouTube...) - An office - Separate WC Upstairs: - A spacious bedroom with a 200 king-size bed and a walk-in closet. - A second bedroom with a 180 king-size bed, a TV connected to Netflix and YouTube in Chrome Cast, and storage space. - A third bedroom with a 140 double bed. - A modern bathroom with bathtub and shower. - Separate WC. The exteriors: - A 120 m2 garden at the back with a jacuzzi. - A 41 m2 terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, table, chairs etc. - A 55 m2 front garden including a parking space for your car secured by the gate. - An above-ground swimming pool (from May to September). Guest access You will have the entire house and outdoors to yourselves during your stay. Other things to note A baby bed and high chair are available free of charge. If interested, please let us know as soon as you book or at least 3 days before your arrival. A camera is present outside in front of the house above the front door. This is not intended to infringe on your privacy but only to serve in case of need (burglary...) The house must be returned with the cleaning done as on your arrival :) if you wish to delegate, do not hesitate to ask me because I can call a professional. Bed sheets are provided. If the number of guests corresponds to the number of places, that is to say that for 2 guests if two rooms are used we will ask you for €10 extra, if 3 people rent the accommodation and there are three rooms used we will ask you for €20 extra. If you wish to have bath sheets, an amount of €5 per person will be requested upon arrival of the rental :)
