Relax in this quiet and stylish 2-story home in La Rochelle. Beautifully furnished and functional, this renovated house is our living space. Close to shops, market, Leclerc, petrol and beaches, you can go to the city center as soon as you can get out of the city. In this dead end no noise and free parking. Here it is ideal for visiting, resting and feeling "at home". 2 double beds = 4 new beds. 1 bathroom and 1 toilet/floor. Courtyard. The space This is a renovated accommodation in an old farmhouse. The place is ideal to relax, to be close to the city center and to take the roads to the surrounding sites to visit. Great location for 7-10 day stays. There's a piano in the house. There is no TV or audio speaker. There are some board games. Linens are washed without fabric softener (to avoid endocrine disruptors). Linens are available (towels, tea towels, sheets, pillowcase, duvet cover). There's no bathtub, it's a shower. Laundry can be hung outside and dried in the small courtyard, outdoors. Guest access Except for an enclosed room upstairs, the entire house is accessible. The house has access to a small shared inner courtyard, useful for parking bikes. Other things to note This house is our permanent dwelling place. We occupy it year-round. It was rented for the first time a week in the summer of 2023 to test. So I'm renewing the summer rental experience for summer 2024, for new guests. The location allows for easy and FREE street parking. You can find space in the cul-de-sac for your car. You can park your bikes in the small backyard. Thanks to the good location of the house, you can access the main roads by car and discover the surroundings of Chatellaillon-Plage, Royan, La Palmyre, Saint-Palais sur mer, Fouras, the island of Oléron by taking the easily accessible ring road.
