Your vehicles will be parked safely in the courtyard, protected by a motorized sliding gate and monitored by an outdoor security camera. ### Comfortable Interior: Our family home guarantees ideal comfort with 7 bedrooms, all equipped with memory foam mattresses, an integrated lock and a fan for your well-being in summer. We can accommodate up to 15 people, adults or children included, and also provide 3 beds for babies/small children if needed. In order to offer the best possible distribution, we allocate rooms according to the number of people and the composition of families (single, couples, with or without children...). You will have a space adapted to your needs for a pleasant and relaxing stay. On the ground floor, the master suite includes a 200 x 200 queen size bed, a large flat screen TV with Apple TV, and its own bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink cabinet, hanging toilet and towel dryer with Bluetooth connection). The large living room, with its leather sofas, large screen TV and HomePod, and Apple TV, opens onto the terrace, creating a bright and welcoming living space. The dining room, with its large solid wood bookcase, can accommodate up to 18 people seated. A pellet stove is available for cool evenings or winter months, with bags of pellets provided. In case of unforeseen circumstances with this one, wood will be provided for a nice fire. One of the bedrooms has a crib with bars with 70 x 140 sheets, removable in height, and another with a 70 x 140 child bed. A travel cot is also available. The upstairs bathroom, to be shared, includes: - Walk-in shower - Bathtub - Double sink cabinet with storage - Wall-mounted toilet - Towel dryer with Bluetooth connection A recessed games room area is equipped for entertainment: - Foosball - Arcade games - Pool table - Board games and children's games... At the end of this room, three additional bedrooms each have a double bed (1 bed in 140 cm and 2 beds in 160 cm) and storage for your clothes. Access to the property is through three successive gates, which perfectly preserves the privacy and mystery of what awaits you at the end of the road. Check-in is via a code for the gates and lockbox. Then, a person on site will be able to hand you the keys, depending on their availability. An inventory on arrival and departure can also be carried out with this person, depending on their availability. Rooms are open according to the number of guests. Other things to note We do not accept parties or loud music outdoors late at night, in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. In the event of our absence, a trusted person will always be nearby to assist you if needed. ### What is the cleaning package? It allows you to arrive hands-free and make the most of your stay! We provide you with a minimum of ingredients and cleaning products for the kitchen (sponge, hand towels, dishwashing liquid, spices, oil, salt, sugar, etc.). Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels/beach towels are included, as well as toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc.). The cleaning package also includes the maintenance of the grounds, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, house and all the little details that will make your stay with us unforgettable. ### At the end of your stay: Given the large size of the house, we kindly ask that you drop off all used sheets, bath towels and tea towels in front of the washing machine, and return the property in the same clean and organized condition as when you arrived.
