The loft is located in a former spring factory, recently refurbished by an architect. It is a duplex apartment of around fifty square metres, in a quiet, secure building with a courtyard planted with trees. The space Welcome to our loft, where you can enjoy the charm of elegant decoration in a former industrial site. All the fixtures and fittings are brand new. The living room has cathedral ceilings and a comfortable sofa bed. You can watch your favourite Netflix series on the big screen or pick up a book from our library if you like to read. The living room opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen, with a dining area that comfortably seats 4 guests. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with massage jets and a separate WC. The staircase leads upstairs to a comfortable master bedroom with queensize bed. There is also a dressing room. The loft opens onto a green terrace. Tables and chairs will be at your disposal if you wish to have lunch outside in the shade of the olive tree or sip a tea or espresso. It is a real corner of nature in Paris, in a friendly, family-environment where all the neighbours know each other! We live in a loft next door and we'll be at your disposal if you need anything. Depending on your arrival time, we can either welcome you personally or provide you with all the information you need to arrive independently, leaving the keys at your disposal. If no rental follows, we can be flexible on check-in/check-out times. Baby equipment is available on request. The area The Guardian, the UK's leading news magazine, ranked the area as one of Europe's 10 "coolest" and most authentic neighbourhoods: "It's popular, warm and bohemian. A multicultural area of working families, artists and musicians". You'll find a wide range of shops close to the building (bakers, supermarkets, wine merchants, butchers, greengrocers, etc.) and we'll share with you our best addresses for eating out. A 5-minute walk away, you can stroll through the "Campagne à Paris" area: pleasant little streets with brick houses covered with ivy, wisteria and roses... where actors and politicians now live (including a former French president!). Twice a week, you can visit the street market, where you'll find all kinds of fresh produce. The place is perfect for a stay combining peace and easy access to the center of Paris. The loft is ideally located right next to the metro. Thanks to line 3, you can reach the centre of Paris in less than 15 minutes. Access by car is very convenient, with the ring road just a 5-minute drive away. There is no parking space allocated to the flat, but you can park in the street (for a fee, except on Sundays).
