Lovely loft with terrace!

The loft is located in a former spring factory, recently refurbished by an architect. This is a duplex of about fifty square meters on the ground floor, in a totally quiet secure building, overlooking a green courtyard. The space Welcome to our corner of the countryside in Paris! We welcome you to our loft, where you can enjoy the charm of elegant decor in a former industrial site. All amenities are brand new. The cathedral ceiling living room includes a comfortable sofa bed. Guests can enjoy the big screen on which to watch your latest favorite Netflix series or delve into our library if you like to read. The living room opens onto a fully equipped open kitchen, with a dining area that can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The bathroom on the ground floor includes a large walk-in shower with massage jets and a separate toilet area. The staircase leads to a floor where there is a comfortable master bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed. There is also a walk-in closet. The loft opens out onto a green terrace. Tables and chairs will be available if you want to have lunch outside in the shade of the olive tree or sip tea or an espresso. A real corner of nature in Paris in a family and friendly condominium where all the neighbors know each other! We live in a loft located next door (the rented property is our "annex"!) and we will be at your disposal if you need anything. Depending on the time, we can either welcome you personally or provide you with all the information for a self-check-in by leaving the keys in a secure box. If no booking follows, we can be flexible on check-in/checkout times. We provide baby equipment upon request. The neighborhood The Guardian, a British newspaper, ranked the neighborhood among the 10 "coolest" and most authentic areas in Europe: "It's a popular, warm and bohemian neighborhood. A multicultural area of active families of artists and musicians." You will enjoy many shops at the foot of the building (bakers, supermarkets, wine merchants, butchers, greengrocers…) and we will share with you our best addresses to eat. A 5-minute walk away, you can stroll through the "Campagne à Paris" district: pleasant little cobblestone streets lined with brick houses covered with ivy, wisteria and roses... in which actors and politicians live today (including a former French president!). Twice a week, you can go to the traveling market that sets up at the foot of the building, where you can find all types of fresh products. Perfect for an atypical stay in Paris, combining calm and access to all amenities. Accessibility The loft is ideally located at the foot of the subway. Thanks to line 3, you can reach the heart of Paris in less than 15 minutes. The Tram will allow you to go for a walk in Bois de Vincennes in 15 minutes. Access by car is very convenient, you are a 5-minute drive to the ring road. There is no parking space allocated to the accommodation but parking (for a fee except on Sundays) is possible on the street. We can’t wait to see you!
