The space Located on the scenic Caloosahatchee River, this home offers direct boating access to the Gulf of Mexico—perfect for exploring Southwest Florida’s waterways. Enjoy exclusive use of the private dock, ideal for relaxing by the water or spending a peaceful day fishing (please note: fishing rods are not provided, so be sure to bring your own). Just minutes from the vibrant Fort Myers Downtown River District, this exceptional waterfront retreat is ready for you and your guests to create unforgettable memories. Guest access The fully fenced backyard provides a safe and enjoyable space for pets and children to run and play. If you choose to bring pets, a one-time pet fee applies for up to three pets. Guests will have full access to the private dock, complete with ample seating—perfect for relaxing with family and friends while taking in the calm waters of the Caloosahatchee River, soaking up the sun, or watching Florida’s spectacular sunsets. Enjoy full access to the pool and jacuzzi, along with plenty of lounge space to unwind and truly feel at home. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen features updated appliances and everything you need for comfortable meals during your stay. Other things to note Guests are welcome to bring their own boat and dock it at the property. Please note that a boat lift is no longer available due to Hurricane Ian, so boats will need to be tied to the dock pilings. Guests will have full access to the private dock, which is ideal for fishing, swimming, lounging, or simply relaxing by the water. The property also offers six kayaks available for rent ($250 per stay)—includes two single kayaks and four double kayaks—providing a great way to explore the river during your stay. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day, with a maximum charge of $300 per stay. The jacuzzi heater is included and automatically available at no extra cost.
