Welcome to our little Cretan paradise to discover in comfort: tradition, hospitality, history and wonderful nature. From the accommodation you will enjoy stunning views of the white mountains, the charming village and its olive trees as well as the beautiful and nearby Souda Bay with its deep blue beaches. The very charming seaside resort of Kalyves is 3 km away. You can discover the beauties of the island (perfect for the west). The space Location: The private and independent apartment is located in a villa bordering the village 3 km from the seaside resort of Kalyves. You can access the two rooms, bedroom and living room, without having to cross them because the access of each is directly to the garden and the terrace. Activities: The location of the villa, in the region of Apokoronas, is ideal for visiting the west of Crete (extraordinary Balos lagoon, Seitan Limani or Elafonissi beaches, Imbros or Samaria gorges...) You can discover the beautiful Venetian cities of La Canée and Rethymon, and by going a little further visit Heraklion and its famous Minoan site of Knossos. Amenities: All amenities (many shops and taverns) are within 10 minutes by car. For walkers, it is quite possible to shop 3 km from the villa by taking a walk in the middle of the olive trees with views of the sea and the white mountains. Beaches at the foot of the villa: Beaches are within a 10-minute drive. You can get there on foot by a walk of about 3 km. A small, wilder cove with blue waters awaits you a little further away... Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi access is free. Entrance: The entrance to the apartment (45 m2) is private and on one level. It is through the living room with direct access to the garden and pool. Living room: The living room has a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. There is a smart TV. It has a sofa bed with two seats forming 2 beds that are very easy and quick to use and whose 2 beds (recent bedding) can be completely separated. It is equipped with a reversible air conditioner for cold and heat as well as a ceiling fan. Bedroom: The bedroom has a double bed with new bedding. A double window provides direct access to the pool and garden. The bedroom has a 3-door closet with a wardrobe, drawers and lockers for storage. It is equipped with a reversible air conditioner for cold and heat. A standing fan that can be moved easily is also available in the accommodation. Kitchen: The kitchen is located in the living room. It is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, 4 electric hobs, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and cooking utensils. There is also a small summer kitchen in the garden (griddle available to guests). Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower, a cabinet with a sink, a mirror with lighting and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also available. If necessary, heating can be done by an electric radiator. Linens: All linens (sheets and towels) are changed once a week. Pool and citrus garden: The large pool (use under the full responsibility of guests) and garden are reserved for you. On the terrace and in the garden you will find umbrellas, chairs and sun loungers, large and small tables. A small summer kitchen will allow you to grill on the plancha. We take care of the pool and garden maintenance. Housekeeping: Utensils and cleaning products are at your disposal. We take care of the end-of-stay cleaning.
