Housed in an old tuffeau school, in a bucolic and elegant setting, you will be seduced by its stone walls, enclosed garden and soothing river views. The Space: Our 150 m2 house dating from the 19th century is composed on the ground floor of an entrance serving a bright living room with 2 sofas and office area, an independent dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need for cooking, a bathroom, bathtub, and toilet. Upstairs: A master suite with TV, bathroom and toilet, 2 bedrooms in a row, the first is composed of 2 pull-out beds and a TV area and the second of a double bed and a single bed. The whole house offers all modern comforts and is renovated with charm. Guest access You have access to more than 400 m2 of enclosed garden where your children can play safely. You have a private terrace with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
