House on a raised ground floor with unfenced land accommodating up to 8 guests. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power station 15 km away, Provins and its medieval city, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, Grand Étang de Pêche 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winegrowers, you have the possibility, by reservation, to visit our plots with picnic lunch, visit our vat room, and taste our champagne. Booking of our reception room (capacity of 30 people equivalent to our 7 cottages). Tapas evening in our reception room by reservation. End of August-beginning of September, possibility to take you to listen to the deer rut. You will have a kitchen equipped with dining area and dishwasher, a living/dining room, a bathroom, separate toilet, a double bedroom (140 x 190 beds). Upstairs: a sleeping area without window (120 x 190 cm bed), a double bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed), a triple bedroom (90 x 190 cm bed + 180 x 200 cm bed), toilet. Laundry room in the basement. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue, swing, parking. Included: beds made, linen, end of stay cleaning. Extra charge: heating (gas), electricity, dog €10/day. All shops and amenities on site. Possibility of bike loans (terms with the owner) and ride with Caesar the owner's donkey. Swimming pool on site, heated and open from May to September (access from 9 am to 11:30 am and from 2:30 pm to 6 pm - closed on Sunday morning - swimsuit required).
