The space At the foot of the Lakes of the Orient forest, 25 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris, in a village where you will find all the amenities (bar, tobacco, restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, football field), come and stay in this renovated house with enclosed garden located on the main busy road of the village... TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: hiking, swimming, beaches, restaurants, pedal boat, water sports (jet ski, boat without a license), golf, fishing, tree climbing, parachute, many bikes to travel around the lakes. On the ground floor you will have an equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining room, double bedroom (bed 160x200), bathroom (shower, double sink), separate toilet and laundry room. Upstairs, you will enjoy a mezzanine offering a reading nook (armchair + books) and a games area (foosball / toys) and 2 bedrooms each composed of 2 beds of 90x190 (can be brought together in double beds) Outside: large enclosed courtyard allowing parking several vehicles, terrace with garden furniture and blinds, barbecue, sunbeds and garage. To facilitate your stay, the beds will be made upon your arrival, the linens provided (towels/hand towels) and the end of stay cleaning included. Heating and electricity in addition from 01/10 to 01/04. Pets will be allowed at extra cost. Possibility of loaning additional baby equipment on request (stroller, sunbed, etc.)
