The space At the foot of the Lakes of the Orient Forest, 25 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris, in a village where you will find all amenities (bar, tobacco, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, soccer field), come and stay in this renovated house with enclosed garden located on the busy main road of the village... TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: hiking, swimming, beaches, restaurants, pedal boat, water sports (jet ski, boat without license), golf, fishing, tree climbing, parachute, many bike paths to travel around the lakes. On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, a double bedroom (160 x 200 bed), a bathroom (shower, double sink), a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, you will enjoy a mezzanine offering a reading area (armchair + books) and a play area (foosball / toys) and 2 bedrooms each consisting of 2 beds of 90 x 190 (which can be brought together in double beds) Outside: large enclosed courtyard allowing to park several vehicles, terrace with garden furniture and awnings, barbecue, deckchairs and garage. To facilitate your stay, the beds will be made upon your arrival, linen provided (tea towels/towels) and end-of-stay cleaning included. Heating and electricity at extra cost from 10/01 to 04/01. Pets will be allowed with an extra charge. Possibility of loan of additional baby equipment on request (stroller, deckchair, etc.)
