The space In the heart of the Champagne Vineyard, at the gates of Burgundy, 40 minutes from Troyes and factory shops, come and spend a peaceful stay in this charming cottage ideally located for nature lovers and Champagne enthusiasts. You will have warm spaces where young and old will find their occupation: reading, games, toys, coloring, foosball... In the village, you will find a playground, a city stadium (soccer/basketball), canoe club and a butcher shop. On the ground floor: spacious living room with fireplace, living room with TV, equipped kitchen, laundry room, a double bedroom with private bathroom (shower, sink, wc), a separate toilet. Upstairs, large communal bathroom composed of 2 showers (independent), 2 toilets (independent), 2 double bedrooms, one twin room (2 single beds), one triple room (3 single beds), one room for 4 people (4 single beds). On the garden level you will enjoy the games room with foosball, children's games. Outside, terrace, garden furniture, umbrella, barbecue, sunbeds, river access (secure). Parking will be easy on the street (possibility to park a car in the courtyard). Beds will be made on arrival, linen provided, heating, electricity and wood included in the price. The winegrower owners will be pleased to offer you a cellar visit/tasting by reservation and for an additional fee.
