Upstairs, a sleeping area on the mezzanine (ideal for 2 children) composed of a trundle bed (2 beds of 90x190), a double bedroom (bed 140x200) with TV and a separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed private lot: parking, vehicle shelter, terrace, garden furniture, sunbeds, umbrella, barbecue, badminton, boules game.
