The space At the gates of the Marne, 15 minutes from Vatry Airport, 40 minutes from the factory stores and 50 minutes from Troyes, the Gite MARGUETTE welcomes you for your business or leisure stays. You will have a spacious kitchen with dining area, a comfortable living room with dining area and access to a balcony, 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and storage as well as a separate toilet will also be at your disposal. Outside, you will have access to an unfenced plot under development with lawn for your moments of relaxation on the sun loungers, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and a garage in the basement to store your car, your bicycles, your strollers... For a quiet stay, heating and electricity as well as end-of-stay cleaning will be included in the stay and the beds will be made upon your arrival except for cleaning for professional stays (€30 every 2 weeks).
