Welcome to Le Pressoir! Between land and sea, this spacious and peaceful accommodation is ideally placed to rest, recharge in the heart of nature and enjoy the walking path while being close to the sea with the Côte de Jade (Pornic - Saint Brevin) 25 minutes away, the Martinière Canal less than 10 minutes away and Nantes 30 minutes away. Légendia Parc is 5 minutes away and Planète Sauvage is 20 minutes away. The space ACCOMMODATION 10 PEOPLE + 2 BABY BEDS The 148 m2 house consists of a living room with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso, coffee maker, kettle, food processor). On the ground floor, a bedroom for 2 people with a 160 x 200 bed, a bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet. A walkway leads to two floors, on one side a 2-person bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room with toilet; on the other side a 2-person bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a dormitory room for 4 people with 90 x 200 bunk beds and two 90 x 200 single beds. 2 folding cribs with mattresses are available as well as a baby kit: high chair, booster seat, bottle dryer, stroller, changing mat, folding bathtub. Games and books are available on-site. Garden with wooden terrace, table/benches/chairs, sun loungers, barbecue and children's games. Sheets, bath towels, bath mats are included, as well as dish towels. Housekeeping is now included for stays booked from April 11, 2025. DOGS ACCEPTED UPON REQUEST. We do not accept rentals for parties, the hamlet is quiet. Late noise is not welcome out of respect for the neighborhood.
