The space Completely renovated 70 square meter cottage composed on the ground floor of an entrance with coat rack, toilet with hand basin, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, combined microwave oven, induction stove, dishwasher) with access to a private terrace with garden view, upstairs a bathroom with a shower and a double sink, a first bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. Towels provided, beds made on arrival. Guest access Ay is a pretty Champagne village with all amenities close to Epernay and the famous Avenue de Champagne...Easy to access by urban bus, train and car. Entire place is available to guests. Vehicles can be parked on the street along the sidewalk in front of the cottage, otherwise parking is available nearby.
